Is there a look that doesn’t suit Furkan?

I really enjoyed the first season of Bozkır (Steppe) on Blu TV and can’t believe it came out on 2018. Finally the second season is airing and this time the rookie detective part is given to Furkan Andıç. (In the first season it was Ekin Koç who was the younger detective.) I am also excited to see Cemre Baysel in this season. Bozkır is a quality detective drama that takes place in a mystery town, which means they never say which one it is but from the name and from the shots we can guess it takes place in central Anatolia. Don’t expect something like your typical dizi, this is much more like a Nordic noir.

I wonder how many of those mandarin oranges they ate per day.

Magarsus is another freshly released Blu TV drama. The name refers to an ancient city that was founded in a town in Adana in 7th century BC. As much as I can see from the trailer this will be about a family that grows citrus trees but they are not just farmers, it looks like this is a powerful family and they deal with a drug traffic problem. I am very excited to see Berkay Ateş, Çağlar Ertuğrul, Ercan Kesal and Merve Dizdar. This looks like it’s going to be a very thrilling and also emotional journey. That’s just what I’m hoping for.

When you’re asking for a prince, make sure you are not too vague. :)

Prens (Prince) came out in July but I couldn’t watch it yet. I didn’t have high hopes for it but it has been recommended to me by some people that have good taste so I’ll make sure I watch it asap. This is a a parody like series which is purposefully similar to Game of Thrones or that genre in general. Historical comedy was a popular genre in the early 2000s, especially in cinema and not so much as dizi format. I feel like Prens has the same spirit. The story is about a prince who doesn’t even have a name. He is not an important character in the palace until this small European country is at risk of being attacked. I must say the cast looks great and I’ve only heard good things about this.

This is my Blu TV line-up. Tomorrow I’ll tell you what I’m looking forward to seeing on other streaming platforms. Thank you for reading so far. See you tomorrow on day 27! ❤
